- Review,
finalize and maintain Application Architecture work plan, such as tasks,
activities, resources and effort required to meet project development
and architectural governance requirements including consultations for
the revision, review and approval of the Application Architecture;
- From
the application’s baseline business architecture, develop Application
Architecture documentations to support client’s internal architectural
approval process (Checkpoint 1 &2; Checkpoint 3) for the project
according to project timeline and leading to their implementation:
- Perform

Scope

The
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) transition team coordinates and facilitates
the transition from the legacy Clinical Management System through to successful
adoption and meaningful use of the new EMR solution. Our client is seeking
an eHealth Alignment Program Planning Lead to provide leadership, day-to-day
management and change management expertise to the transition team, serve
as the primary contact for complex Centres, and be a key liaison with other
related projects and our client’s operational departments. |

Description of Service: |
| |
Reporting
to the Chief Information Office (CIO), eHealth Alignment IMS Programs,
the Program Planning Lead will work closely with the CIO to implement
the financial frameworks, accountabilities and agreements to support the
implementation, adoption and on-going sustainability of the Information
Management Strategy (IMS) Program Management Services and Member Programs
including the new EMR System in the province of Ontario. Key deliverables
are:
- Implement
a financial management model to apportion provincial based costs fairly
and equitably among four member groups including upwards of 100 client
members;
- Manage
the development of the IMS sustainability budget to include alignment
with Corporate and project budgets;
- Set up,
implement and manage an annual member budget extract process working
closely with client members to determine annual cost share for on-going
IMS program management services including EMR maintenance and support
services for which a high degree of auditability is required;

the IMS implementation projects through the preparation, member communication
and oversight of the IMS Participation Agreement in conjunction with
product vendor agreements and the development of the associated client
